Hello! My name is Avishay and I'm from Jerusalem, Israel :)

I'm studying a combined program of Computer Science and Design at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design. 

I come from Jerusalem, a contentious city at the heart of a contentious country and region. The day-to-day reality of contradicting ideas, national and religious conflict and a highly

politicized public sphere, has led to the flourishing of the local artistic scene. Israeli artists from all different walks of life, young and old, Jewish and Muslim, religious and secular, are using their art to make their voices heard. To bring hope, to bring change, to celebrate life or to mend what is broken.

I'm excited to show you a little bit of my world.
